Hi, and welcome to our site. My name is Mike Davis and my wife is Shayne.

I've owned APBT's for over 10 years now. I grew up around them all my life. I fell in love with this breed at a very young age.  I've always dreamed of owning an APBT since then. My dream finally came true with Davis's B.A.D. Karma. A beautiful choc. /sable male. Due to some unforeseen problems, I had to give him away. My next APBT was Karma's brother Lucky's son.

My wife is new to the APBT's. She was afraid of the breed as to all the bad press. She grew up in Chicago area and only got the worst of the dog. Till Rocky! Now she's looking for ways to stop BSL's and ways to promote this great breed.

We started showing Rocky after we were stopped at of all places a PetSmart. The groomer there pulled me aside and said you need to show him. I was like whatever! It's all snobby people. She then showed us how to prepare Rocky for the ring, stacking, gait etc. We then had a great mentor for training. Rocky was shown once in 2004 by us at 6 months. He won, but it was without competition. We were just getting our feet wet in the show ring. We weren't able to show him again till 2005 as we moved and got married.

We thought about starting the 2005 year with a bang, and oh has Rocky been giving us a run for our money. Now we're addicted.
